. . .the words "regulation", "reduction" and "jobs" were all used.

Given what happened at Carrier, Pfizer, Comcast, et al, i think the massive reduction was meant to refer to JOBS!

After all, the tweeter isn't the clearest thinker. So, the words just got a little mixed up!
