who is rightfully in possession of classified info (and is not POTUS) knowingly transmits that info to one WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE SECURITY CLEARANCE, they commit a crime.
Further, I understand that a president can declassify anything he wants whenever he wants. Therefore, Trump could simply tell Kushner any "super top secret" info he wanted to in order for him to "do his job" and nether of them would be committing a crime.
My question is this: in the above scenario, once Trump tells the secret info to Kushner, is it TOTALLY declassified? Can anyone who has the info (i.e., Kushner) then convey it to ANYONE without penalty?

Jared seriously believes that he is competent and is doing a great job. He tells people that his colleagues are out to get him instead of thinking that if anything goes wrong it could possibly be due to his inexperience or not being qualified for his position. This group thinks they can and will always come out of any situation unscathed since they have their entire lives.
