Trump's approval at 11%

On today's English language German national news (on cable)
they reported that Obama had enjoyed a 90% approval rating in Europe when he was President,
and that Trump's approval in Europe is currently at 11%.

What channel? What's it called? (Or... I guess I should ask which cable service. Maybe I'll be lucky if I can find it on Fios or streaming on Roku.)

Trump's approval in Europe is currently at 11%.

Excellent news, but I wonder why it's so high... I'd have guessed lower.
