I'm hoping that Jeff Sessions has been flipped; that he's staying in the position of A.G., taking all this flak, because it protects Mueller and the investigation. And in exchange he won't be prosecuted for whatever laws he managed to break in his service to DT.

Sessions has been so abused by Trump that it is highly unlikely that there is any loyalty.

I think he is a deplorable racist.

But...I have deplorable racist is my family that regardless have their own sense of duty and justice.

I think Sessions uses the DOJ in a horrible way but I think he truly believes what he is doing is moral, legal and correct.

It would not surprise me if he saw using the DOJ to cover crimes as a violation of his moral code.

Or I can hope.

He meekly took all prior bashing. Now he is willing to vocally defend himself from Trump’s verbal attacks.
