With All The Change By Dicks, Wal-Mart & Kroger And Possibly Other....

stores that sell guns and ammo doing the same - and change in the right direction - things will be made more difficult to purchase guns going forward.

That might mean that some of the less visible ways to make these purchases will start seeing more business because - people being as they are - will look for ways around these new initiatives.

So - Congress is going to have to do something about things like - closing the gun show loophole and other loopholes of gun purchase.

Incredibly, I've seen 3 advertisements on TV for gun shows in my area within the last week. I'm sure the nutters will all be purchasing furiously before any laws restricting them are enacted.

Licensed FA dealers at gun shows have to conduct background checks just like they would at a store.

And to my understanding most (if not almost all large scale ones) gun shows ONLY have licensed FA dealers, so ... bit of a misnomer.

Trump's meeting. Though there are some licensed dealers at these shows - there are also unlicensed dealers.

The other thing - the Dicks, Wal-Marts & Kroeger's have also initiated age restrictions - must be 21 y/o.

The gun show licensed or unlicensed need to follow suit. Otherwise the 18 y/o rule is still in place. In my mind that's a loophole.

When you (arguably incorrectly) use the term 'gun-show loophole' you invite criticism from the humpers ... as I've discovered on multiple occasions.

There's nothing inherent to 'gun shows' wrt the actual 'loophole' in question, per se

It's just a tidbit I proffer to you ... to use at your discretion

they've done this before and reinstated sales.

"But this time we mean it. Really, really mean it!!"

they just hope we'll all forget again, just like always, and then they will start selling once more.
