Yes it appears hes announcing his movie, coming soon.

But he also said I will unveil a little secret I have been hiding, its going to
rock your world.

The movie has never been a secret, its been out there, read the second part
of his tweet, hes going to name names it would appear.

The way I read it, is eh naming names, because the only secret that the public thinks
he is hiding, is what big name hollywood person assaulted him.
