Trump ignored 'bright line' on discussing Russia with HicksThis means Hicks has a lot to tell Mueller and none of it protected by privilege. The story quotes a senior administration official: "'The president has put her in a very precarious position."
But Trump often ignores that legal advice in the presence of senior aides including his departing confidante and White House communications director, Hope Hicks.
I think the president has put her in a very precarious position, a senior Trump administration official said in a recent interview.
Hicks is not alone. Current and former Trump aides describe a president who often fails to observe boundaries about the Russia probe and who calls staffers into his office and raises the subject without warning.

(6,288 posts)As I read this yesterday, her family is not Trump fans.
Now they really aren't! Yikes.
Truth is, Trump is too ignorant of US law, Constitutional Law & National Security.
He is a mobster who's lived his life skirting the laws of countries.
He had no business being President of the US because he was totally ignorant & incapable of managing, governing or leading a Nation.
Through his ignorance & carelessness, he has compromised the Nation, its Nat Sec, its future & those in his working circle, his family & friends as well as the citizens of America.
Everyone that ends up in Mueller's court should tell all they know & save what they can of their life.
Because Donald Trump is not worth the dirt they spit on.
