I believe it likely that Mueller will indict Trump.

I believe Mueller will bypass the political nicety of "unindicted coconspirator" unless he isn't confident he can prove a crime. I believe Mueller will charge all serious crimes he thinks he can prove. With respect (gack!) to Trump, I believe Mueller will be able to prove ordinary criminal doings, such as money laundering. I also believe he will be able to prove even more serious crimes against the United States, namely conspiring with the Russians to affect the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

And it won't be one wimpy little obstruction charge but a slew of them, like you wrote, including his finances. He'll do that because, while Mueller is not a political guy he also knows the stakes here and that if you believe in the law like he does, the only way to get justice and maintain our democracy is to make a case so strong that it will be impossible for all but of the truest of the true believers to deny it. Some will but the tide will turn with the indictments coming.

I'll say : "From your mouth to God's Ears." (or whoever you trust in).

But I'm afraid, I don't think it will happen anytime soon. Because this kind of investigations are very complicated, involving many fields in Law (national and international), many interactions between many different investigations...

Moving to fast is risky. Any mistake, any forgotten element might be very damaging at the end.

As painful as it is, I'd rather prefer to wait a little longer but ending with an indestructible case.

First will be
Kushner
Don Jr
Eric
Ivanka
Hicks
Jared's PR guy
Steven Miller
Felix Sater
Probably Kilimnik and a bunch of other Russian spies

If we're lucky
Bannon
Priebus
NRA leaders
Ryan
McConnell

And only after a lot of those will Trump be indicted. By then it will seem like a fait accompli.

Money Laundering, Collusion/conspiracy, and Obstruction.
Money laundering will get him nailed mainly through documentation which is pretty fool proof. It can also be used to charge him in the state of NY by AG Schneiderman. Collusion and conspiracy need a lot of testimony to support it. Since there are so many people involved at so many levels and in so many countries it is likely to go into 2019 (that is the consensus with the political analysts on CNN and MSNBC anyway).

I may develop an ulcer by then despite a Xanax prescription.

If he has a stroke before he goes to the pokey I will not be very happy. I also want all of their assets seized as well as their families assets like with Bernie Madoff. They did this all for money so that needs to be included in the punishment as well as no book or speaking deals.

What to do about his 30% nutball supporters? They've proven that they either don't believe his misdeeds, or they don't care. They may take to the streets and cause hundreds of dollars in damages to their podunk towns in Dumbfuckistan. Another reconstruction perhaps.

I agree that he's likely going to be indicted. I have a hunch that Eric Schneiderman will be the one doing the indicting, rather than Mueller, however. It's the pardon thing, and all. Although, if Mueller can prove the Russian conspiracy, Trump will be nailed by both of 'em.

His ouster can and will also be unprecedented.

He changed everything and broke the rules and ran through the presidency like a bull in a china shop and will continue until he leaves our government in shambles and the country in third world status. Let’s just break a few more unwritten rules and throw him and his family and co-criminals in fucking jail. Let’s turn him And his family into pariahs.

That’s what I think should happen. And it just might.

Mueller is a very by the book guy. As much as I'd like him to throw that book at 45, I don't think he'll do it without proper permissions. He's not an act and ask forgiveness later kind of guy.

Am I correct, that he runs each and every bit of action by Rosenstein? Let's hope Rosenstein is behind him on this.
