On the other hand, we'd still have DACA, corporations wouldn't be paying lower taxes than actual people, Muslims wouldn't be prohibited from entering the country, the West Wing would run smoothly, Australia, Canada, Mexico and Germany would still be allies, we'd have a fully-staffed State Department and nobody would be threatening to blow up North Korea, the EPA would be doing its job, the head of HUD wouldn't be ordering $31K tables for his office, all cabinet secretaries would be people who were actually qualified for their jobs, Chelsea's husband wouldn't be an incompetent Secretary of Everything, the national parks wouldn't be parted out to developers, current and former campaign and WH staff wouldn't be under investigation or already indicted or pleading guilty, and something would actually be getting done to prevent Russia from interfering in any more of our elections.

Investigations into emails.
Investigations into private server.
Possible/probable articles of impeachment. Based on any of the above.
8 justices on supreme court.
Record number of blocked judicial appointments.
Democratic Party losing more seats in 2018.

And most importantly:
A continuation of the lack of interest by the voting public that has been in place from 2010 through the current abortion in the White House.
