Nothing? Levin is a partisan hack, but even he can't believe this shit. No POTUS has ever been as openly hostile to millions of Americans as Trump - does Levin seriously think the insults he's received in return are unwarranted? Melania was a birther, Ivanka epitomizes the worst aspects of nepotism, and Trump Jr is so repulsive, Ted Cruz takes pictures with him and in doing so miraculously becomes only the second biggest asshole in the frame.
