Tariff on Mexican directed films?

Four of the last five best film Oscars have gone to films directed by Mexican directors. Gravity, Birdman, Revenant and now Shape of Water. Look for Trump to protect our directors.

I thought it was the actor from Traffic!! (Benicio del Toro)
Actors do turn into directors, so I didn't give it much thought!
