Can the Congress Stop Trump's Trade Wars? I looked it up and yes

I tend to be in favor of Fair Trade, while being opposed to Protectionism - but curious how this debate would shake out these days.

Time we had the discussions again. If Congress can pass laws to wrestle control of Tariffs back from Executive that is a good start. Pin the Trumpsters ears back.
