My bet is that Nunberg will comply with the subpoena. After his lawyer gets through telling him how stupid it was to talk to the media drunk, s/he will tell Nunberg that Mueller will - in fact - put him in jail if he doesn't comply with the subpoena.
When Nunberg sobers, he will decide he really doesn't want to go to jail.
Any takers?
