So ten years later she finally realizes he never signed? Look, she wants to capitalize on having seen his little carrot stick. I get that. It's just stupid that she feels she even has to sue over this technicality.

She was about to break her story on ABC and other outlets before the contract. Guess now that he is in WH, she thinks she can sell her story for more money and wants to exit the contract without legal repercussions.

This is what it comes down to now. Who cares about anything having to do with actually running the country when we have a legal battle over the right to sell pics of the maggot's carrot?

BTW: I want those pics and texts out there now! I don't want to deal with the suspense, and I see no reason to wait. I know it's not going to budge the disapproval meter, but it will be fun to create memes for a month. That's really all I have to go on at this point.

17. Not a Technicality. Who is going to enforce the agreement, since Trump denies it?

Who can enforce the agreement against Daniels?

If Trump did not sign AND he claims that he did not authorize the contract, how is going to enforce the agreement against Stormy Daniels? He can't have it both ways.

At a minimum she’s claiming he, or at least his lawyer, has initiated binding arbitration to try to enforce the hush contract that she says in unenforceable.

If so, and if he’s taking other steps to prevent her from selling her story, then she’s got a legitimate tortious interference claim.

*IMHO. Not a lawyer.
