Stormy Daniels goes nuclear on Trump, reveals all in new lawsuit

Stormy Daniels is not going away quietly.

In a new lawsuit filed in a California court, the adult film star, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, claims her agreement with Donald Trump to keep their alleged affair secret is not binding because Trump never signed it. The lawsuit provides embarrassing new details about the nature of her relationship with Trump and the elaborate effort to keep it under wraps.

Attached to Daniels’ new lawsuit is the full “Hush Agreement” between Daniels, Trump, and a shell company created by Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen. The agreement refers to Daniels and Trump by special pseudonyms — Trump goes by David Dennison and Daniels by Peggy Peterson. Daniels also attached the “Side Letter Agreement” between the parties to the lawsuit, which discloses the true identities of the pseudonyms.

Daniels is not seeking any money, but declaratory relief from efforts by Cohen to force the dispute into a secret arbitration process.

..... under the sheets as Stormy and "The Donald are subpoenaed to get back in bed. Then Ken Starr can get under the sheets and take digital photos of the lovebirds doing the act. Just in case this evidence is ever needed in court.

Ken Starr is the perfect investigator for this being how he has a history of lapping up every salacious detail of extra marital affairs and then leaking the details out to the public.

6. This could be serious for two reasons...

perjury and being in a compromised position. An enemy, like Russia, could have used this against him. Perjury could lead to criminal charges and open a whole can of worms like it did with Clinton, Edwards, etc. The payments and timing as far as his lawyers and the 2016 elections is also putting this in a new spotlight.

We know that GOP religious/evangelical support only cares about morality when it applies to Dems so this will likely not harm him with his cult/base. Making Melania more pissed off is what he should more worried about.

9. What we need to know about is the "Melania factor" with his base

There were a lot of guys who wanted tRump in office only because his wife was hot. Yes, they were that stupid and shallow, but I will get in trouble if I say that there are those who should not be allowed to vote. But supposing that his base is somewhat faithful to Melania (she is a trophy, sort of example of how cool he is), then what will they think if Melania ditches him? He could not care less about Melania for her own sake, only that she is something he can show off. Take that away, and what does he have left? Bragging about how he doinked a porn star while his wife was preggo? I'm not sure that is "cool" even by deplorable standards.

process is foreign to me. I have no idea what their rationale is for ignoring just about everything that the Moron and GOP do which would normally ruin political careers. I think logically and apparently they they don't. I am surprised more of them don't believe in the "flat earth theory".
