Could Mueller subpoena the "contract" between David Dennison and Stormy Daniels?

Did she receive $130,000 ?

Did he pay her to keep her quiet?

Where did he get the money that he paid her with?

How close was this to the election?

Isn't it a bit odd that he would use an alias?

Did he forget to put that info on his FEC form?

There are many questions about this, but would it be outside the purview of his investigation?

He'd have to find some connection between the Stormy Daniels arrangement and the Russia investigation.

Probably from an account the Trump Org filled, but it's deniable.

the public interest of the government to discover evidence concerning the commission of a crime would likely outweigh the private interests of the litigants

Even, assuming everything Stormy says is true, there is nothing illegal with the contract. Having affairs and trying to cover them up is not illegal (I think I have heard that about a million times at some point in the past).
