I'm concerned it might be radioactive substance.
Remember that Russian guy who was killed by plutonium? The authorities had to track down every foot print of that element, and found it was in a very very wide area.

By it's nature, it's the easiest thing to detect, although it might take a few days to zero in on the individual isotope cocktail, and its origin.
