Manafort pleads Not Guilty. Did Trump promise him a pardon.

Looks like Mueller ha him dead to rights on multiple counts, but he is not flipping.

Any thoughts?

there would be no connection between that plea and a promise of a pardon.

I doubt Trump will bother to pardon anyone.
