I want to see the news video of Shkreli crying as was being sentenced.

Pls god let there have been news videos in the court room.

the smarmy fucker was arrogant and defiant all thru the legal process, right up to the minute of hearing his sentence.

Now the guy with the most punchable face is going to a place where there are lots of guys who know about punching. Glad to see there is still some justice in the world.

Generally speaking, no cameras allowed. But considering his smirky smugness as he was forcing people to choose between bankruptcy and life-saving medicine (which is not what he was on trial for here, more's the pity), I'm finding it real hard to be sympathetic for the broken person his attorney was pleading for today in court. That man should be broken into about a kajillion little pieces, and see if he can't be reassembled into something more closely approximating a decent human being, instead of a ghoul lining his pockets with the blood-stained dollars of his victims.

May he learn the difference in his new home. Until then, he can rot in jail. And yes dixiegrrrl, I would pay to see him blubbering like a baby at getting his due.

Yes insider trading is a crime and should be punished.

But it was what he did to prices of the medications he'd bought the rights to of that was the real crime.

And the pharma industry was really happy he got nailed for insider trading so he wouldn't keep yapping about how astute he was to buy up patents for life-saving meds and jack up the prices.

He should be in jail for that, but unfortunately for Americans, that's not illegal. It's just 'good business'.
