Probes of alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election are no "witch hunt," and Vladimir Putin is "taking advantage" of .. Trump, former .. campaign aide Sam Nunberg said .. Saturday.

Putin "wanted Donald Trump to win," Nunberg said in the interview .. Friday ...

Nunberg also said that Mueller’s investigation is not without cause. "I don’t think it’s a witch hunt," he said. "There's a lot of there there, and that's a sad truth" ...

Six weeks after he started working on Trump’s campaign, Nunberg was fired over a series of racist Facebook posts ...
