I believe that you will receive some disagreement on Obama’s eligibility.

The 12th Amendment states that "no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice President of the United States."

The 22nd Amendment states: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”

Since Obama is ineligible to serve as President again, he cannot run for Vice President. This isn’t opened to debate.

I was attempting to be charitable in my response. I already understood that Obama is ineligible for the Office of Vice President.

in a minute if Obama were eligible.

However, I don't think Michelle wants anything to do with that...and I think the longer she's put distance from that part of her life, the less she'll want to go back. But hey, you never know.

Barring a VP role, he could also take an appointment in the next administration in another important spot.
