Washington Post: Republicans and their outside allies have thrown almost everything at Conor Lamb, the 33-year-old Democrat whos running against Rick Saccone, a Republican veteran of Pennsylvanias state legislature. They tried to tar Lamb as a clone of House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), as a liberal who would raise their taxes and, lately, as a former federal prosecutor who was soft on illegal immigration.
But those messages have not done the damage Republicans had been hoping for Lamb and Saccone are running neck and neck. It should have been a cakewalk in a House district President Trump won by 20 percentage points in 2016.

(9,090 posts)4. dems are ignoring $750,000/day free attack ads for saccone and trump
if the GOP paid $1000/hr x 15 hrs /day x 50 RW radio stations that's = $750,000/day FREE
that's the reason why this went for trump in the first place, why trump is in the white house, and why this isn't a no brainer for people like lamb

Mr. and Mrs. Pennsylvania Voter* are finally figuring out that the GOPeePee is nothing but a criminal organization run by lying, cheating, thieving, traitorous bastards.
*No offense to well-informed Pennsylvania Democrats and other enlightened voters who have previously recognized the GOPeePee con.
