Would Every Voter Have To Prove Citizenship & Register Again To Vote Under Kobach Plan?

What would proof of citizenship mean if Kobach got his way? And what would a person need to do to prove such a preposterous idea? Why has this idiot not been shut down.

I had more hair then, for one thing.

In law school they told a courtroom story:

Lawyer 1 (to witness): "Please state your name for the record."

Lawyer 2: "Objection! Hearsay! Someone had to tell him his name, and he's just repeating what he heard."
