I know all types of religions have their whacky aspect, but Scientology (seriously, a religion?) takes the cake. Example: Most religions have an implied 1,000,000,000 contract. Scientology makes you sign one.

Actually, I see very little difference between the people who buy into that Scientology nonsense, and tshe people who buy into trump*'s nonsense.

I understand how a remote control works and can figure out how to skip their channel just as I do the other religion and pseudo religious channels. If they want to present a point of view, so be it.

As to them being or not being a religion or a cult is not for me to decide. They want to spend their money on a tv broadcast, well it’s their money or those who choose to donate just as is every bible thumping tv preacher.

I don’t get to decide how others spend their cash or what or what isn’t a religion to them. If you or others feel the need to launch a boycott of tv services, that is your choice.

are you sure that your push to censor what people can and cannot view in the privacy of their home or who can spend their money on what they choose puts you on the correct one?

Most other religions are just too old for people to be around who actually remember when the fraudster started the mess. (See also: Mormonism).

4. Instead of boycott, if they include it with your package, call them up and say you want it removed

if enough people do that, it could be enough of a pain in the ass to not be worth what Scientology pays them--though I'm guessing it's a lot for them to risk the bad press.
