Jimmy Carter promised to always tell the truth and the press was on him like white on rice, trying to catch him out. for a lot longer than that, they just didn't realize it. They were drinking it for quite a while before they had it tested. Well, some people were. Others wouldn't wash their clothes in it a decade ago. However long it's been, it's been way too long, and it's a crying shame nothing has been done about it YET!
