Trump Detonates Secret Stupid-Bomb Over DC
Developed by the Defense Department in the past decade, the Stupid-Bomb was originally intended for use against foreign adversaries. Using a Top Secret FUBAR design, it renders everyone in a large radius unable to make intelligent decisions. A non-lethal weapon, it has been considered to be a humane alternative to nuclear weapons.
Using his powers as Commander-in-Chief, President Trump yesterday ordered the detonation of the latest version of this weapon directly over the Capitol Building. The effects were immediately observed by political experts outside of the DC area. The President, himself, is immune to the effects of this Stupid-Bomb, which only reduces intelligence to the level of an 6th grade boy. Since Trump's intelligence is closer to a child in the 4th grade, he experienced no direct effects from the detonation.
