It has been known for years that Putin is a murderer. He is a stone cold killer. No different than Charles Manson giving instructions to his people to go out and kill. When murder is committed from a position of power delegating death is clean and easy.
Trump is abusing and using the system. Putin is abusing in using the system. Their situations are dream jobs that murderers would love to have.
I often wonder which mob connections would off people in the name of Trump. You know the mafia has never murdered anyone.

We were shown the villa quarter by the lake where the Soviet elite (including the German-speaking Putin) running East Germany's military and overseeing it's clandestine activities was housed. We also saw the wall against which Putin and his buddies stood the most "offensive" dissidents and individuals who spied for the west (or at least were accused of such) and had them shot.
