https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/03/13/russian-businessman-close-associate-ofboris-berezovsky-found/A close associate of the late oligarch Boris Berezovsky has been found dead in Britain, it has been reported.
Nikolai Glushkov, a former deputy director of Aeroflot, died at the age of 69, Russia's Business FM radio station said, citing his lawyer.
The lawyer, Andrei Borovkov, did not mention a cause of death. Mr Glushkov, a close ally of Mr Berezovsky, was twice charged with fraud in Russia.
Mr Berezovsky was once one of the most powerful businessmen in Russia and was instrumental in Vladimir Putin's rise to power in 1999.
He later fell out with the Russian president and fled to London in 2000, where he became one of Mr Putin's most outspoken critics.

Glushkov was deeply unhappy with the judgment and launched a formal appeal, citing bias. Meanwhile, Berezovsky disappeared from public life. In March 2013, he was found dead at his ex-wifes home in Berkshire. Police believe he committed suicide. His friends were not so certain, with a coroner recording an open verdict.

He noted that a large number of Russian exiles including Berezovsky, and Berezovskys close friend Alexander Litvinenko, had died under mysterious circumstances. Boris was strangled. Either he did it himself or with the help of someone. (But) I dont believe it was suicide, Glushkov said.

Glushkov continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding Berezovskys death for some months. He conceded that in the period before his death they had quarrelled. In 2013 Glushkov emailed a friend: I have a lot of new facts that are of great interest.
