Just wish I had more faith it will somehow fix this nightmare. We may just have to wait until November, and then find a way to trust our voting integrity. I might just be worn out, but I am not at all sure this nightmare won't go on for a very long time...

Some political implications exist, some federal implications exist, some state implications exist, who knows how extensive?

The result may very well be that Mueller's investigation probably will not be the last investigation. But all could lead to impeachment at the very least and serious jail time at the most.

I think it is entirely possible that some of these bad actors could actually face extradition at some point.

But rest assured, someone is going down. And.....if not......we are basically Northern Venezuela.

It is going to take the Democratic Party taking back one or both chambers in November for this end. It is going to take an act of Congress. Mueller is not going to be the be all end all answer to this.

My initial thought is that he will unload closer to the summer. This will be much closer to the November elections which will be a stronger impact for the non-news watching public who are currently oblivious or just trying to be oblivious so they can stay sane.

He has no reason to expedite his investigation if the clear line to this point is obstruction. If there was a clear line to collusion Mueller would be derelict in his duties to not move quickly.

That said, I think the scope of Muellers investigation has changed. Collusion might be found on some of the more recent actions of Trump, directly stemming from the original scope of the investigation.

I am of the believe Mueller has no direct line of collusion to Trump. I am of that believe because Mueller would have acted on that aspect by now. It would be greatly irresponsible if he didn't. That doesn't mean further and more recent dots aren't being connected.

It was meant to take a little pressure off Donald Trump and to suggest to him that he is not presently under investigation for obstruction but that he should not fire someone else and put himself in jeopardy. Mueller was buying time, in my opinion.
