Has anyone read Tanenbaum's "Without Fear or Favor?" (question about racial violence statistics)nt
On pages 330-334 Tanenbaum has his main character rattle off a bunch of statistics about racial/police violence. I'm wondering if he had stooped to just making these up from nothing, or if there is any foundation? Can't find anything on Google, but then I'm not an expert Googler.
Note - I'm not recommending the book. I ended up skimming it.
