I answered. The woman on the other end said, "I'm with the Pro-Life coalition. We're dedicated to protecting unborn babies from abortion." I said, "Fuck you." and hung up.

I just blocked them. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the name, or if "Unknown caller" shows up on the caller ID. I'll google the numbers. I have been getting robocalls from various republicans lately, including the steaming sack of excrement that is my Congressman, Joe Wilson. This was the first time he ever called begging for votes since he was elected. Not sure why he called me, as I have never ever voted in the GOP primary. Perhaps he's getting desperate.
