Despite warning newly-ousted Secretary of State Rex Tillerson about his imminent firing on Friday, White House chief of staff John Kelly was reportedly so enraged by the coverage of the fallout from the president’s decision that he was heard yelling at a television.

Politico reported Tuesday that Kelly was aboard Air Force One with the president when the incident, spurred on by news coverage that focused on the discord surrounding the firing.

Two ranking administration officials that spoke with Politico said that people within the White House knew Tillerson was soon to be fired, but were unaware of when it would happen.

... after Rex said the stuff about the Russian guy being poisoned in London. So Tillerson said that in a press interview on Sunday. How could he have been fired on Friday?

By the way, Tillerson was in Africa at the time on a six-day trip through several countries. Who knows if Tillerson was even getting full news broadcasts or had internet/emails the whole time? (He probably didn't.) There's no way Trump/Kelly fired him on Friday if they only got word from Putin on Sunday/Monday.

The cover story was he was told/fired last week. Then it came out through Tillerson's asst. the REAL story.
When the reporting of that began, the screaming began. The assistant to Tillerson was then FIRED as well.

Remember "the talk" Kelly supposedly had with trump, who then went on to make an ass out of himself when calling Sgt LaDavid Johnson's wife? Right. Kelly probably had a similar nonsensical conversation with Tillerson. Obviously, communication isn't Kelly's strong point.

26. There's a reason why they manufactured the story

Trump and Kelly are trying to hide the fact that they they were told by Putin to fire Tillerson on Monday. Putin wanted Rex fired after he heard what Rex said about the Russian guy in London getting poisoned. So Trump and Kelly carried out Putin's "order" to fire Tillerson, but they can't let anybody know it came from Putin. That's why Kelly made up the story that Tillerson was told on Friday. It didn't happen!

Malcolm Nance tweeted that the order came from Putin directly to Trump to fire Tillerson sometime late Sunday or early Monday. Nance's tweet was posted here on DU by about 1 p.m.today. Here's the link to that DU story:

The thing about Nance is that he was formerly with the CIA and he has sources that he can't reveal. Nevertheless they are good sources and Nance has never lied that we know of. We can believe this since it came from him.

This is proof positive that Trump is taking orders directly from Putin! That's why Kelly was freaking out.
