I am, as a citizen, calling on Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan to step forward...

...and stop the hemorrhaging of personnel out of the institutions of our government that are vital to the operation of our government, and if necessary, be willing and courageous enough to show that you are an equal branch of government and it is your responsibility for the oversight of the executive.
