Remember: PA-18 IS HEAVILY GERRYMANDERED.

And gerrymandered in favor of repubs. Despite this, Lamb could win.

This will come down to absentee ballots and Allegheny County has more than half of them. Lamb won the regular vote in Allegheny with 57% of the vote.

Also remember these districts will be redrawn for THIS YEAR's election. PA will swing heavily blue this year.

It is a carved-out, Republican district by design. There are so many Republican strongholds that it would be nearly impossible for anyone other than a Republican to win here.

Lamb is winning (**fingers crossed**) because Republicans are voting for him. These really aren't traditional Democrats. They're in Pittsburgh. These are people who voted for Trump that are switching and voting for Lamb because they actually like him.

We have to put the house on the market and get the hell out of here.

and it’s worse. Like Mississippi with fewer college degrees and crappier weather. Soon we will retire to Mexico and I won’t look back.

A recount should be avoidable.

...pieces out of a jigsaw puzzle on a bad trip. My own district, Illinois 6, looks like a giant abstract letter C that has been chewed on by rats.

Everything can be wiped out in a blue wave. It also means districts they have packed with Democrats won't even need to compete.
