(32,679 posts)847 lead for Lamb right now. If Saccone gets 60% of the remaining absentee ballots:
3206 x .60 = +1923.6 for Saccone
3206 x .40 = +1282.4 for Lamb
-----------------------------------------
1923.6-1282.4= 641.2 --- Saccone could get 641 more votes than Lamb for the outstanding absentee ballots, but that would still put him at a deficit, because of Lamb's current 847 vote lead. So even if Saccone gets 60% of the remaining absentee ballots, he'll still lose by 206 votes.
