(2,679 posts)Tears of sadness over the lost lives. Tears of joy and hope from the inspiration of the youth. The grin is a carry over from Lamb's victory but it got bigger watching these kids.

(2,679 posts)It's great for our country. One day these kids will run this country. It will be a very different place then. I hope I am around to enjoy it. Cause it's going to be a great place to live.

Covering a walkout this morning at an elementary school in Virginia, and the 11-year-old organizers had a press packet ready for me.

See they can put down their smart phones when necessary.

(2,679 posts)Not just the issue. They get it's going to take time. And they look ready for the challenge. Which is way more then can be said for many adults. These kids rock!
