I do not doubt that Flake votes his conscience and that makes him dangerous. He believes that the things he has voted for are good for the country while at the same time condemning Trumpism. It doesn't matter whether he runs in 2020 or not, he's still dangerous to everyone not in favor of economic barbarianism.
