He is, indeed, a working stiff and hardly an elite. His highest salary was $161K. Again, hardly extravagant. For the President of the United States to do to him what was done ought to outrage EVERYONE who works for a wage.

He will get a job in the private sector. He didn't lose his pension. Now it will just be smaller and he can't start drawing it until he is 57.
