There is a certain irony to all the celebrating on the right when Comey and McCabe get fired.

They were both fired for misconduct in the Clinton investigation. Both were condemned for unfair tactics that illegitimately hurt Hillary Clinton.

And yet the right wing is thrilled when they get let go. By all rights they should claim that they are furious for the unfair treatment they suffered, if they truly believe that HRC was guilty of something. But, of course, the right wing does not see that. They hear that someone who was accused of protecting Hillary got fired and they celebrate. They tell themselves that this proves that they were right.

For the record, I think McCabe probably has a better defense of his conduct than Comey does. Especially since Comey set the tone at the FBI. Either way, it is clear that the process was rushed in order to strip him of his pension and that is completely unacceptable.

McCabe will likely lose some money, but he will get a decent pension, he’ll just have to wait a few more years to begin drawing it. He’ll have plenty of job opportunities, and they’ll probably be with right wingers.

It's their own fucking fault and I'll go one step further and say the worst thing Obama every did in his life was to trust Rethug Comey. Sometimes in life you reap what you sow.

He would have been investigating a different Democratic nominee if it wasn't Clinton.

And Bill Clinton would have been impeached for something else had it not been for Monica Lewinsky.

That's the excuse given but it had nothing to do with her.

It's because they didn't kiss trumps ass

8. Comey fired for "Mishandling of e-mail case"
Fri Mar 16, 2018, 11:41 PM

That is how it was reported. Over and over this shorthand was used. What does that mean though? It just implied incompetence not motive. Motive was the entire point though. That intent was rarely if ever reported. Not sure if intentional, but the shorthand generic 'mishandling of email case' does not tell the story.

Comey put a dagger in Hillary with his actions. This is the offense/reality. Trump spinners use the statement to mean the exact opposite of what actually is.That his 'mishandling' is that he did not prosecute. That is the world they live in.
