Walsh: Dowd statement is Trump calling for investigation to be shut down. If it is, impeach Trump.

Make no mistake: This is President Trump calling for the Mueller Investigation to be shut down. It's terribly wrong for him to do so, its obstruction of justice for Trump to call for Mueller to be shut down, and if Trump shuts Mueller down, he should be impeached immediately.
