Fox & Friends swipes at Andrea Mitchell, others in mainstream media, for "advocacy" and "narratives"

During a segment on Andrew McCabe‘s firing today, Fox & Friends took a moment to go after MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell for a tweet she sent out about it.

Mitchell tweeted out “one suggestion from a McCabe supporter” about how he could qualify for his pension benefits in time:

Since Mitchell’s tweet one Democratic congressman has actually extended an offer to McCabe, but Mitchell also got criticism for promoting this.

And on Fox & Friends, Pete Hegseth––who has been in the news this week for reports he’s being considered for a Cabinet post––derided “journalists that ram narratives down our throat” before showing a montage of how people on other networks have reacted to McCabe’s firing.
