I hope DU will do a running live commentary of show.
This could either bring down Trump's presidency as someone else here
said, be a al Capone vault moment.
I wish it was sunday already.

(21,988 posts)We know Anderson Cooper taped a "60 Minutes" interview with Ms. Daniels. CBS News will have spent the last couple of weeks researching and fact-checking the things that she said in the interview. By the way, in the olden days we called that Journalism.
Image that after the due diligence by CBS News, nearly everything Ms. Daniels alleges in the interview can be confirmed!
The fact is, "60 Minutes" will edit the interview using only statements and facts they can confirm with at least three sources. They won't risk being trolled again as Dan Rather was concerning George W. Bush. More importantly, corporate CBS will want to make certain that their broadcast will be bulletproof.
I'm willing to bet that "60 Minutes" has gotten the confirmations they'll need in order to hype and air this interview.
I expect an explosive event and I'll watch it.

(28,151 posts)Considering the ratings this interview will draw for them, I imagine it's a spare no expense sort of effort.

(18,605 posts)Just about any perversion he engaged in would be shrugged off by supporters as no one's perfect.
A secret child that he didn't support would get a tsk tsk from supporters and a mild suggestion To pay some support.
About the only thing that would give pause would be if he had ordered several abortions.
I doubt even that would change anyone's mind but it would cause some brows to furrow for a Moment.
None would have a lasting effect and turn a substantial number of Republicans against him because having a criminal Republican con man as president is an absolute dream come true. It's what they've always wanted and nothing will cause them to let go of this wonderful miracle.

(19,148 posts)I can honestly say that's one phrase I've never heard in connection with Donald Trump. I sincerely doubt his mother even thought of her son in that way. Most adjectives regarding Donnie Trump come from the other end of the descriptive spectrum, from the far end of that descriptive spectrum. Something like, "lying, ignorant, arrogant, ego-maniacal shit stain". Something along those lines, but "wonderful miracle" is certainly a new one. Nowhere near accurate, but a novel approach at describing Trump.

How awful that Politics has become so mean people are divorcing, there is absolute dislike.
Many of my friends are leaving Churches, losing friends, all over Politics.
I left one when I was told to vote against Obama.
Yesterday morning the Bulletin included the words, Fake News and Alternate facts, when Pilate tried to save Jesus life. Not used in the Sermon, but to me the message was pretty clear.

(296,775 posts)has become so vicious.. thanks to the mole.
Because it is everything.. the air we breathe, the water we drink, Food in many cases, the poisoning of our lands.. the kids' education and LIVES.. housing for many people..
We have to elect people who care for our Planet and the People. and get those out who are destroying it for their own amusement.
I don't go to church but I would have left, too.. if some one had told me not to vote for President Obama.. that's a deal breaker.
I don't get what this means..

(17,981 posts)Used went right over the top of most peoples heads. But his Sermon was about Pilate finding no case against Jesus but the mob was screaming for his crusifiction...
I was surprised he put the words being thrown around now. The young Pastor told me last week he had trouble walking the line. I am sure he is upset at what is going on today but keeps Politics out of the Pulpit.
The many who crossed that line is why so many are leaving.

(17,148 posts)So every time Rumpo turns on the TV machine, he sees it. Billboards. Skywriting planes within sight of Mar-El-Loco. Advertisements for a new candy bar named "Stormy." Full-page advertisements in whatever newspaper he reads the comics in. Sound trucks. "Breaking News" scrolls right in the middle of "All In The Family."
Now, in the scheme of things, is it really that big a deal? Not really.
But it seems to be unnerving Il Douche, so let the show go on!
