Jeb Bush was singlehandedly drowned by Trump. Chris Christie basically destroyed Marco Rubio's chances, and then he went down in a sea of flames himself. Cruz basically ran a Trump-lite campaign, which is why Breitbart initially supported him before Trump won the nomination.
