Larry Sabato gave a couple of reasons why he might wait to announce that he was not -- his announcement could cause more Republicans to announce retirements and he's a top fundraiser and announcing could cause donors concerns.

He's also downgraded Ryan's district from Safe Republican to Likely Republican, although one of the reasons is that they don't know if Ryan will run again; if he does, it might well be upgraded back to Safe Republican again.

not been released, due to other cases, the clock's running out for implementing for 2018. Some disagree and say it could still happen.

Do you know, for a moment I had no idea what you were talking about. Huge decision, but we just wait and wait and wait... I just looked and they're hearing another big one, for Maryland, next week. The case is apparently fairly similar to WI's.
