where one of the Justices was alleged to have physically assaulted another one? What grounds was Walker arguing in terms of refusing to hold the special elections?

Let's hope it holds although some posts in this thread seem to suggest that it might not (and since it is apparently a "state" issue, then the fed courts probably wouldn't intervene unless given a pretty good argument).
