What type of person would say, "America needs to be more unpredictable"?

Especially since the entire world sees us as totally unpredictable already.

It just sounds sick.

The world does not need unpredictability. We need to work toward peace and friendship with other nations. We don't need the sound of bombs.

Any normal person should never agree with unpredictability in our government.

We are engaged with a domestic enemy.
