7. How did this happen? How did we let them do this?

I'm 71 now and have been watching the national stage for 55 years, and I've seen howling inanities before: Goldwater, Cheney, John Bolton, et al. But these were relatively isolated in time and lace. Now we get a clown show dy after day with multiple clowns (Trump, Ryan, Hannity) crossing the stage singing meaningless phrases about hate and repression several times a day.

Will we need to decompress from the news when this is over? (If this is ever over?)

8. I just turned 59 so I've seen just a little bit

Of what you have, the bad ones have always been out there, but they were hiding behind mommy's skirt till the gasbag was installed, now that we have the worlds biggest liar and self proclaimed tough guy in charge they came out of the shadows thinking the world was going to change just because of it.

WRONG, if we survive his leadership I think it's time to clean house, if the candidates in the next election don't use the facts exposed along with dumpfs obvious inability to run a fast food joint against him loudly and continuously then they need to look for another line of work.

It's a freebie, a gift from dumpf to the world, a roadmap to success handed out to hasten his downfall.

We will survive and be stronger for it, the kids are marching today and I've been watching, they are on message and have a mission, they will not be denied and any criticism will wash off their backs like water.

We've always looked to our elders to keep us safe and make better decisions for our future, now we look to our children who have taken on the unchanging status quo we've been stuck with for decades and will stomp it into the dirt and bury it deep.

We will recover from this nightmare, it will take time and effort but we now have a voice that will not be denied.
