They are proving millions of adults have swallowed propaganda whole. They have swallowed so much propaganda they are walking and talking idiots. They have swallowed so much propaganda they are a threat to themselves and to all Americans. Tens of millions of adults have swallowed propaganda not only about guns, but on many issues. Tens of millions of adults voted for Trump. This is the major reason why America has become a place I no longer recognize.

These high school students are not talking propaganda like the adults of America, they are speaking the truth. They will not even talk to someone who talks propaganda. They just say bullshit. They are the cure for the sickness millions of adults have brought to America.

4. I'm 58, In general my generation has been a fucking disaster for America.

Thats the truth, Not just about guns, but about the workplace culture, about healthcare, about how we are easily misled by propaganda. These kids remind me of the America I grew up in back in the 60s and 70s.

7. Well, before you crown them, be aware that half of

all today's high school kids are both wired genetically to be conservative and are already exposed to a great deal of propaganda. It starts in childhood with parenting, and today's Kool Aid-soaked adults have been raising children all along.

I remember when a matinee full of kids cheered when aliens destroyed the White House in Independence Day. Growing right-wing extremism and nastiness were well under way, but seeing this antigovernment hostility in children still shocked and dismayed me. Those kids are mostly in their early 30s now, many starting to raise their own. Even those wired to be liberal are no doubt still busy badmouthing Democrats because they're still awash in right-wing Kool-Aid and never smartened up.

There's nothing simple about our problems, and they'll take a long time to fix. On the plus side, more people lean sensible and decent than lean mean and crazy.

8. Propaganda? Corporate "Free Enterprise"?

I agree with you. Many Americans have swallowed propaganda the GOP puts out concerning corporate efficiency, privatization.

Privatization (corporate efficiency=profits) costs local/regional/state/federal residents/citizens more in the end. Privatization focuses tax dollar cash flow up stream to a select few. If the tasks performed by local/regional/state government are paid to those local citizens there is a multiplier effect on the local economy. Lets get away from tax flow dollars focusing up stream.

Every item purchased is a corporate product and every spendable dollar leaves the community.

The local citizens haven't gotten a pay raise lately.

We can never go back to higher labor wage rates due to corporate efficiencies off shore.

I'm for a guaranteed income for every citizen.
