Manziel trying to get back in the league after some serious personal missteps while I guess opinion varies but Kap is being black balled

His endorsement helps no one.


But on edit, he did say nice things and more or less noted Kap is a decent human, which Manziel cannot claim to be.

but there are a lot of people who follow him, especially in the south, so him coming out strong for Kap might cause a few of those flag wavers to ease up a bit

3. He was recently married

and grateful for the changes that occurred because of his new life. Maybe he found some decency while he was putting his life together? I'm not betting the farm, just hoping that he curved his path of self-destruction.

5. Manziel has been saying all the right things lately.

It's entirely possible that he's just hired a good PR person and is still a Grade A jackass, but it really seems genuine. If so, good for him.
