There's something wrong with anyone who wasn't moved yesterday, watching those kids.
But it should have been predictable there would be a handful of counter protesters out there, wrapped in the flag, "defending" the 2nd Amendment.
There were about a dozen in DC and another handful in Utah. In Montana, 300 showed up in a demonstration that they called "March for our Guns."
I guess the good news is that only a small number of people are willing to publicly make fools of themselves.

This is what democracy looks like and there is nothing wrong with it.

(51,444 posts)the 2nd. Amendment changed and the other was the 'Shield Wall Network', a white supremacist group, led by Billy Roper. Our stupid local TV stations decided to interview the idiot. He made some statement about how a bunch of crying kids on TV can't infringe on his rights.

(4,164 posts)The March for Our Lives had about 1,000 in Helena. There were rallies in Kalispell, Missoula, Great Falls, Bozeman and Billings.
